General Description : A photograph showing a view of the Cadiz Memorial, a French mortar barrel mounted on a cast iron Chinese dragon, on Horse Guards Parade, there are three Royal Navy sailors standing in front of the memorial the man on the right is Petty Officer the man in the centre is a Leading Seaman from HMS ILLUSTRIOUS and the man on the left is Petty Officer from HMS PRESIDENT. Labelled as ‘Chinese Mortar. Whitehall’ and is in a series of images titled ‘London 1907’.
