General Description : A photograph showing a view from the bridge looking forward of salvage equipment being dismantled on the forecastle of the Duncan class pre-dreadnought battleship HMS MONTAGU (1901) aground off Lundy Island. Labelled as ‘Dismantling contd [sic]’ and is in a series of images titled ‘The Loss of H.M.S. "MONTAGU". May 30th 1906'.
