General Description : A photograph showing a view of a group of Royal Navy officers and salvage company officials holding a meeting on one of the bridge wings onboard the Duncan class pre-dreadnought battleship HMS MONTAGU (1901) aground on Lundy Island. Labelled as ‘Heads of Departments. Admiral Wilson, Captn Adair, Captn Bradford, Captn Young (S), Mr Mitchell At Cn, Mr Worthington At Cn’ and is No. 75 in a series of images titled ‘The Loss of H.M.S. "MONTAGU". May 30th 1906'.
