General Description : A photograph showing a view of a very large number of Royal Navy sailors eating food amidships onboard the Duncan class pre-dreadnought battleship HMS MONTAGU (1901) aground off Lundy Island, there is a great amount of salvage equipment setup around them. Labelled as ‘General view - breakfast’ and is No. 41a in a series of images titled ‘The Loss of H.M.S. "MONTAGU". May 30th 1906'.
