General Description : A photograph showing a view of the Duncan class pre-dreadnought battleship HMS MONTAGU (1901) aground off Lundy Island after the removal of the funnels looking down from the cliff tops, there are a number salvage pontoons secured to the starboard bow of the ship. Labelled as ‘Amongst the rocks’ and is No. 40 in a series of images titled ‘The Loss of H.M.S. "MONTAGU". May 30th 1906'.
