General Description : A photograph showing a view of the rocks off the bows of the Duncan class pre-dreadnought battleship HMS MONTAGU (1901) aground off Lundy Island, there men working on the salvage equipment installed on the bows in the foreground. Labelled as ‘Lundy rocks - "Montagu" in their clutches’ and is No. 31 in a series of images titled ‘The Loss of H.M.S. "MONTAGU". May 30th 1906'.
