General Description : A photograph showing a view from off the port stern of the Duncan class pre-dreadnought battleship HMS MONTAGU (1901) aground off Lundy Island as the sunsets, a column of steam from one of the salvage boilers can be seen blowing across the ship. Labelled as ‘At Eventide’ and is No. 15 in a series of images titled ‘The Loss of H.M.S. "MONTAGU". May 30th 1906'.
