General Description : A photograph showing a view of the iron screw frigate HMS INCONSTANT (1868) moored in the Hamoaze, the ship is crowded with spectators for the launch of HMS HIBERNIA and there are a number of men in the ships rigging. Labelled in the album as 'HMS "INCONSTANT", which brought home the news of the loss of HMS "CAPTAIN"'.
